Applicants will be required to maintain customer satisfaction through an event noting and communicating any positive or negative outcomes. Facilities under the employee’s domain will be set and maintained according to the exacting standards set out by the department and the University.
Qualifications / Requirements:
The candidate must exhibit exemplary language skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instruction; interpreting event notes is also necessary. Candidate must possess above-average physical dexterity and be able to lift 50 lbs. Some ability in operating audio visual and computer equipment is required. First Aid and Pro- Serve would be an asset, first aid training will be provided if necessary.
Applicant must possess exceptional customer service skills and exude a friendly out-going attitude to clients, other employees, and management. Must be able to take directions from senior staff members and be pro-active in anticipating and fulfilling client requests. Excellent problem solving ability is a must. Employee must also have superior reliability and regular availability for these arecrucial to this role.
