Your Responsibilities Include Manage the execution of events held in Stand Together community spaces in collaboration with internal and external partners Document, develop, and improve processes and analyze data regarding scheduling, utilization, furniture setup, AV/tech, billing, and logistical support to advance the vision and meet the goals of the Stand Together Community and Workplace Solutions team Analyze data regarding space usage to ensure space is used effectively and efficiently Maintain high standards of organization of training room calendars, information gathering from customers, and timely and accurate execution of events across multiple locations Recommend and execute specific setup or AV platforms based on customer need Maintain supplies, equipment, and aesthetics in event spaces Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization High school diploma 2 years of professional experience Tech savvy Experience with Microsoft Office Lift up to 50 pounds Strong interpersonal skills Organizational skills Attention to detail High sense of urgency Standout Candidates May Also Bring Experience with facilities or events management, including setup, and assessing customer needs Experience with process development, implementation, and execution About Us We are excited to announce that our philanthropic community will now be known as Stand Together – a name that defines who we are, what we do, and why.
