(TCI) has an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to join our Marketing team. This is a contract opportunity that will report to the Manager, Toyota Brand. What You’ll Be Doing: (Projects and Accountabilities) Budget/SAP: Work with Brand Consultants to track brand and experiential budgets Work with Marketing department Budget Analyst monthly to accrue, reallocate and reforecast as needed Gather data from Brand Consultants to execute billing requirements for all agency partners, marketing partners and vendors Create and track purchasing requisitions for the brand & experiential areas of marketing Coordinate and process all incoming invoices for payment Work with vendor agencies on billing issues or discrepancies Experiential & Brand Support: Coordinate and support Brand Consultants on experiential and brand programs/ campaigns Collaborate on ideas and provide input on creative direction regarding experiential campaigns/activations Participate in regular meetings to learn the inner workings of partnership relationship/management in order to provide assistance to team as required Support partnership related activities and initiatives as needed Responsible for sharing experiential activation calendars with field teams Compile weekly experiential report and share with greater Marketing team Work with agency partner and internal departments to develop all sponsored event agreements Track assets negotiated and ensure they are all fulfilled as per the contract terms Create source codes in Dynamics CRM for all Toyota & Lexus experiential events, launch tours, and campaigns Marketing Department Support: Analyze all incoming communication in the Marketing inbox and execute any necessary next steps Organize circulation vehicle program for Marketing department Plan all department events, work with National Manager on schedule requirements and logistics Perform other tasks and projects as requested in support of Marketing department What You Bring: (Experience and Education) A diploma or degree in marketing or business with marketing courses having been taken 1-2 years working in the marketing field – Agency and or client side with knowledge of experiential marketing, activation and partnership/sponsorships Strong team player Strong organizational and time management skills – Able to work with multiple partners and on multiple projects on a regular basis Experience working with budgets and invoices Great attention to detail Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment Experience with SAP an asset What We’ll Bring: A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility and respect Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career Great company culture-Respect for people and continuous improvement is at our core What You Should Know: Our success begins and ends with our people.
