The Coordinator – Special Events Production role will be responsible for managing all logistics to acquire physical and digital assets, costumes and props, onsite production management for premieres, fan events, and exhibitions and production and department-wide travel coordination. Reporting directly to the Manager, Special Events & Production and oversight from VP, Special Events & Production, the Coordinator will provide daily operational, administrative and production support for the team. Responsibilities: Facilitate production logistics for film premieres and special events Leading the creative team for display and exhibit design Manage all asset requests with: Disney Physical Asset Management, Marvel Studios Asset Management, Lucasfilm Asset Management, Franchise, Studio Marketing, Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Corporate Communications Asset loan documents Manage budgets for assigned projects and/or events Specialty item sourcing and procurement Location scouting and site surveys and venue agreements Vendor bid analysis Invoice reconciliation and coding Contract facilitation Coordinate departmental labor requests Assist with performer auditions Talent and filmmaker outreach.
