Who we’re looking for: Someone who can lead a team of Customer Account Managers for our services, in the trade show industry. We need someone who enjoys working with customers, internal and external. Can you travel 30% of the time? Do you have at least 5 years or more of management experience. Trade Show industry or Event Planning experience is a plus. As a Team Leader, you could manage anywhere from 1-10 Customer Account Managers on an individual event or trade show. Administrative: We are a process oriented department. Your skills with systems and reporting will be invaluable. Customer Service: You could manage anywhere from approximately 300 - 1,000 accounts on an individual trade show or event. Communications: You are comfortable interfacing with various internal departments (everything from operations to sales) and can communicate effectively to all, even if the delivery tools are different.
