What you’ll do at Seismic: Work collaboratively to create and execute a digital marketing strategy that will engage B2B business prospects and customers to drive attendance to 50+ key Seismic events throughout the year (sponsored tradeshows, partner events, owned events, and regional field events). Engage with the in-house Salesforce and Marketo administrators to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and reporting the analytics that drove them. Effectively identify and track KPIs. Responsible for creating landing pages, eDM’s with supporting social media pieces, tracking registrations and engagement, and knowing when to pivot. Craft communications that will drive pipeline, dispense thought-leadership in the marketplace, and increase brand awareness, while always ensuring that Seismic’s brand and message is consistent across digital channels. Be accountable for lead list management and communications to sales team pre and post-event. Create and manage project plans to ensure team members meet deadlines to ensure flawless execution of campaigns within the timeline communicated. Participate in pre-event sales activation meetings to communicate digital and social marketing strategy to the sales team with clear CTA’s to help them drive event attendance, booth visitors, and 1:1 meetings. Contribute new ideas for event communications and technology. Be part of the event planning team for Seismic’s annual customer conference. Contributing to the event’s success by driving attendance, contributing agenda ideas, and participating in onsite execution. A little about you: 4+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing, project management, events. Execute result producing communications/marketing strategies like it’s your day job. Excellent copy-editing and writing skills. You understand how events contribute to the pipeline and pay close attention to the quality of the program to match the right prospects to each opportunity. You have a lot of experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketo) and understand the importance of how leads flow from one system to the other. You like to dive in when something doesn’t look quite right and are a master at creating a reporting structure that let’s you show off all of those impressive results. No problem gets your rattled, as you are always able to come up with quick solutions on-the-go. Strong communicator and fast learner with exceptional organization skills, extreme attention to detail. Exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work. Master collaborator with the ability to seamlessly work across multiple departments. Process-oriented with experience following and streamlining processes. Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
