Global Events Lead Date Posted: 4/12/2019 Employee Type: Employee Location: McLean, VA Job Type: Management Global Events Lead Key Role : We are looking for a strong and experienced events manager to lead the Talent Acquisition Events team. You will be responsible for leading, designing, contributing to, and executing events that support overall Talent Acquisition and our employment brand. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be driven, collaborative, and strategic to manage multiple events. You will serve as a liaison with event vendors, sponsors and partners, brainstorm creative concepts to bring our events to life, and create and implement all visual elements of events, including invites, signage, and event installations. Create a culture of feedback and positive reinforcement by proactively soliciting feedback and constructively sharing the feedback with team members, including offering coaching or modeling, as needed.
