Overview: We are looking for an energetic, strategic, and creative person to join a dynamic team that will drive our business forward! The VIP Private Client Experience Manager will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of luxurious client experiences, traveling to host clients for events and special dinners, strategic planning to ensure ROI, and lead the 43 store team Experience Leaders in selecting the appropriate client for each experience. This individual will be a key member of an agile team that will focus on developing customer experiences that drive top line sales for NMG while building stronger relationships between the customer and the store team.      This position will: Work on a cross functional team of Retail Experience Leaders, Senior Executives, Merchants, store leadership teams, and Marketing.  (The position reports to the Senior Manager of VIP Private Client Experiences) Require a lot of travel (60-70% travel required), including international travel Be based out of Dallas, Texas Require the ability to work with brand partners to create one of a kind exceptional experiences for the top NM client base.    Job Requirements Experience in luxury and fashion required Experience with the customer journey / experience   Customer-first mentality Strong tactical problem-solving, proven cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action. Strong project management with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment Great organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to disseminate ideas and findings to all levels Demonstrate strategic thinking and ability to bring innovation and leadership Prior exposure to agile operating models and cross- functional teams is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office BA/BS degree with 4+ years in marketing / luxury fashion
