We work as one team, with one goal –serve our customers better. SONic 102.9 is seeking two Summer Event Staff to assist with a sampling initiative. Reporting to the Promotions/ Marketing Director at SONiC 102.9 in Edmonton, this individual will be required to assist during weekdays, evenings and weekends in a marketing capacity. Responsibilities: Drive/ operate station vehicles and equipment Ability to setup light and heavy promotional equipment Plan, coordinate and execute on site events and promotions Social media posts with pictures and info on our various platforms Liaise with the Sales, Promotions and Programming departments to ensure maximum exposure at approved events Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills Food Safety certification an asset Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Self-starter and energetic Broadcast experience would be an asset Must hold a valid full Driver's License Open-minded to and eager to learn and improve marketing strategies and on air skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is based on team & individual effort Shift: Variable Length of Contract: 4 Months Work Location: 5915 Gateway Boulevard (218), Edmonton, AB Travel Requirements: None Posting Category/Function: Marketing & Promotions / Event Requisition ID: 99950 WHY ROGERS?
