The Events Coordinator will report directly to the Sr. Manager Events as a crucial member of a small dynamic and fast-paced Events team. We deliver over 20 events annually for more than 600,000 global Independent Consultants. We do whatever it takes, whenever it must be done, to make it all happen. What You'll Be Doing Responsible for assisting the Event Registration Manager in all aspects of registration. Meet with Event Registration Manager weekly, review and update on all assigned duties. Creation and accuracy of data needed for all registrations Compose weekly bulletins and field communications. Contribute with the build of Registration systems and websites. Organize all event warehouse inventory quarterly. Coordinate and organize the event global calendar. Create SOP’s (standard operating procedures) for all processes used by the Arbonne Events team and other departments. Provide support on Event social media campaigns. Work with vendors to receive post event videos. Work with vendors on ordering and receiving of registration items. Communicate with a number of external vendors including video, supplies and all levels of consultants. Communicate with internal teams including Events, Marketing, VP Support/Customer Service, Field Development, IT, Executive Management, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain and Digital Marketing. Liaison between the Events and the Customer Service Teams to keep them informed of all event statuses. Keep all event documentation up-to-date. Offer suggestions and implementation for improvement in regard to functions in the department, templates, files and projects maintained Perform other duties as assigned What You Need Minimum qualifications: 2+ years of experience coordinating corporate events and handling some aspect of registration. Organized, detail oriented individual, able to interact with associates professionally. Experience managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-pace environment where multi-tasking is the norm. Light project management capabilities with excellent time management and follow-through. Above average written and verbal communication skills. Proven record of working in progressively responsible positions requiring a high degree of professionalism and reliability. Ability to thrive in a team environment, but also able work independently. Ability to contribute and problem solve. Take ownership and accountability of all tasks assigned. MUST be flexible and keep an open mind when it comes to travel. You will be required to attend events and be out of town for up to a week at a time several times each year. (travel may include weeknights, weekends, holidays and international travel, keeping a current passport is a must) Proficiency in MS Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications: College Degree is a plus Experience working with event registration systems At least 3 years Corporate Events experience Ability to be creative and innovative Arbonne International is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
