About the role: We’re looking for a Program Associate, External Events who is passionate about events and employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, loves solving problems, and executes with speed and efficiency. This person will play an important supporting role in Cruise’s employee engagement and their overall satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities Include: Support all external event services & activities to meet client goals Support with tracking and analyzing event attendance, CSAT, performance data, and other key metrics Support Community Engagement Events Support Recruiting & Intern Events Support Public Affairs Events Support Department All Hands Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event venues Use strong judgment without clear direction in best interest of the company Ensure events documentation, calendars, and processes are always up to date on the company Wiki Support with event marketing and assets You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications : 2+ years of experience in events coordination with a data-driven approach Ability to work independently and drive towards aggressive deadlines Experience communicating and facilitating with multiple teams Ability to use strong judgment without clear direction in best interest of the company Experience using Google Drive and MS Office for day to day work functions Availability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours BA/BS or equivalent experience Bonus points!
