The Commercial Banking Internal Communications team is responsible for ensuring the best associate experience ever by developing and implementing internal communications to support business programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, this position is responsible for planning and executing scalable associate events. We’re looking for a team player to obsess over internal events channel and the associate experience. We want someone who can plan and execute events that powerfully complement our overarching communication strategies to drive message retention and engagement. You’ll be expected to keep on top of industry trends for events, including how to infuse technology, interactivity and measurement into everything we do. Additionally, you’ll support group projects and internal campaigns. The ideal candidate is a driven, passionate self-motivator. They should be curious, strategic and able to influence event programming on a range of subjects. The right candidate possesses the discipline and skill necessary to plan best-in-class events while delivering first-class service for internal clients. They should also be scrappy and willing to roll up sleeves to partner on execution as a member of the ICE Pack agency.      Responsibilities/Requirements: Own end-to-end execution of assigned internal events, including all logistical coordination from contract negotiation, vendor and catering management, venue sourcing, budget tracking, invitations, to planning and production to onsite execution and post-event analysis Plan and execute large-scale company-wide events across multiple venues. Manage procurement and delivery of associate "swag." Work closely with the external marketing events team to ensure a coordinated approach to events management that is synergistic and leverages shared resources. Support other internal planners as needed and the occasional externally-facing associate events, like major enterprise efforts, hosting affinity group events on-site, hosting executive leaders on-site and other notable visitors to our offices. Think about events creatively and go above and beyond to create unique events that are equal parts fun and useful for our Commercial associates and partners.
