Essential Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business management, or other related field, with at least three (3) years of experience in relating to customers, with a strong track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with professionals and executive clients, preferably in the field of executive education Proven experience in working within a small team work environment, coupled with the ability to lead and offer guidance when needed Proven experience in event planning and event coordination Familiarity with the Telfer School of Management and with executive education principles; knowledge of other competing executive programs would be a significant asset Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and with Blackboard Learn Multi-cultural sensitivity and ability to liaise with various communities involved in executive education Outgoing, engaging personality with ability to communicate confidently, tactfully and diplomatically Strong written communication skills and a proven ability to write, edit and proof-read with ease Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, coordinate and multi-task in a results-oriented environment Ability to work independently and set goals and objectives to achieve desired results Bilingualism — English and French (spoken and written) Key competencies required at the University of Ottawa: Planning: Organize in time a series of actions or events in order to realise an objective or a project.
