Job Description

MicroSpec Systems Inc., headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, is the leading Canadian supplier of online and box office ticketing services for the consumer shows industry as well as online and onsite registration services for the trade shows industry.  We are seeking a full time Junior Registration Coordinator to set up and manage our shows in our trade shows division.


The Registration Coordinator is responsible for a set up of shows, coordinating their needs from start to completion. Tasks include: create critical path timelines for all aspects of our registration services with show managers, work with our development team  to ensure the registration sites they design match client needs, aid the show manager during the pre-registration process with any questions / requests, assist our customer support department with end user questions pertaining to your events, review, follow up and update internal checklists on a daily basis, assist clients with their reporting needs, work with our operations department to ensure equipment is ready and tested for all events, work on-site at trade shows (North America), set up equipment on site at shows.


You are comfortable with Google’s suite of apps, Microsoft’s Excel, and you like the challenge of learning new computer programmes.  Your strengths are planning, organization and coordination skills , proactive, self motivating, analytical with an eye for detail, practical, results oriented, hands-on, strong verbal and written communication, organizational awareness, fast learner.


Two or more years customer service experience, event experience preferred.  
Read , write, and speak English clearly and professionally.
You have a valid passport. You can provide a 5-year certified driver's record from the Government of Ontario.  
You are happy to travel to Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, New York and other destinations to install, manage, and teardown onsite registration services for a few months each year.
