MicroSpec Systems Inc., headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, is the leading Canadian supplier of online and onsite ticketing services for the consumer show industry as well as online and onsite registration services for the trade show industry. We are seeking a full time Operations Coordinator to prepare, set up, and manage our onsite hardware and services and maintain our office facilities.
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for all computer hardware used at trade and consumer shows across the U.S. and Canada. Tasks include: forecasting resources, installing/testing software, packing hardware into cases/crates for shipping, installing hardware onsite at shows (travel required), dismantling and re-packing hardware post show, receiving hardware back into warehouse, and updating records, spreadsheets, calendars, and checklists along the process using Google Docs and proprietary software. The Coordinator maintains the office facilities and ensures health and safety guidelines are followed.
Planning, organization and coordination skills , proactive, self motivating, analytical with an eye for detail, practical, results oriented, hands-on, strong verbal and written communication, organizational awareness, fast learner.
