BaAM Productions, a Toronto-based design driven production company, developing exhibits, events and experiences for clients in the sports, entertainment, heritage and culture sectors, is looking to add to our team.
You are an expert with a passion for working behind the scenes supporting resource requirements, project planning and implementation. You are focused on the details, appreciate the need for paperwork systems and production processes but you aren’t afraid to be hands-on. You understand inventory management as well as the logistics and freight requirements for moving event assets from one place to another. You have strong communication and time-management skills and experience in planning and assigning work. You’re a stickler for health and safety.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your role will be focused on the resourcing, planning and implementation for prep and refurb of event and exhibit projects. Based at BaAM’s Oakville warehouse, you’ll manage inventory and oversee all packing, freight and logistics for international projects. You’ll be responsible for general warehouse management and the associated administrative tasks – from schedule planning to procurement and budget management. You’ll also be the face and voice of BaAM, communicating with many stakeholder groups including warehouse staff, project teams, clients, suppliers and vendor-partners. Travel and site supervision of project installation, operation and dismantle may be required from time to time.
Check us out online at www.baamproductions.com to see if what we do is what you have a passion for. If you think there’s a fit, please send your resume, clearly noting “Scenic Construction & Logistics Manager” in the subject line to email@example.com.
BaAM would like to thank all applicants in advance and advise them that only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
