Who You'll Work With

You will join our Learning Team at our Tampa Service Center, located in St. Petersburg, FL.

The Tampa Service Center (TSC) opened in May 2010 to provide Executive Assistant support to North America as well as HR administrative support. The TSC has expanded to become a hub for North American Finance and is home to over 500 colleagues within administration, recruiting, analytics, design, learning, benefits and other roles.

You'll join the broader McKinsey Learning team responsible for designing and delivering 150+ learning programs annually to our consultants worldwide.

What You'll Do

You will work with program leaders and faculty to manage the delivery of in-person learning programs, handling all on-site and pre-and-post program logistical arrangements.

You'll understand and manage program objectives, flow and corresponding logistics. You will oversee all pre-program communications with participants, faculty, facility and vendors, and you'll manage the daily flow of the program on-site, ensuring that participants and faculty are on schedule at all times and that materials are distributed evenly. You'll work collaboratively with internal and external faculty to deliver smooth programs and you will also manage firm resources against budget using prudence and good judgment.

You will work with a dedicated service center resource and oversee participant and faculty communications, including invitations, agenda, pre-work, and transportation arrangements.  Additionally, you will provide on-site administrative support, lead faculty meetings, problem solve with faculty around arising issues, create and distribute program schedules/materials, and manage timelines. You will manage vendor relationships and logistics for each program, including hotel arrangements (room block, meeting space, Food & Beverage, Audio/Visual equipment), off-site venues, materials, and ground transportation; while also managing the program evaluation process including resource planning, scheduling, and quality assurance.  You will be responsible for processing/reconciling bills against budget.

Based on the expectations of the role and the location of these programs, you will be expected to travel 55-65% annually.
