Little Electric Inc. is currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. A Senior Account Manager is an integral part of our team, and functions as a strong foundation for our operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication organizational skills and can effortlessly interact with our clients.

Key responsibilities for this role include certain tasks such as maintaining customer relationships and overseeing the plans for upcoming jobs.  To be qualified for the position the applicant must be extremely organized and work well under various levels of supervision.

 Specific duties of a Senior Account Manager:

  • Managing customer accounts
  • Responsible for research and development of qualified new business
  • Maintain existing customers while seeking out new business
  • Responsible for quoting, invoicing, planning for upcoming jobs
  • Site support of jobs (when needed)

 Competencies and skills required for a Senior Account Manager:

  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge in electricity and technology
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • High-level of personal and professional responsibility
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
