Little Electric Inc. is currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly professional to join our team as a Junior Account Manager. A Junior Account Manager is an integral part of our team and functions as a strong foundation for our operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and can effortlessly interact with our clients.

Key responsibilities for this role include tasks such as maintaining customer relationships and overseeing the plans for upcoming jobs. An applicant for this position will need to be extremely organized and work well under various levels of supervision.

 

Specific duties of a Junior Account Manager:

  • Managing customer accounts
  • Responsible for research and development of qualified new business
  • Maintain existing customers while seeking out new business
  • Responsible for quoting, invoicing and planning for upcoming jobs
  • Site support for jobs (when needed)

 

Competencies and skills required for a Junior Account Manager:

  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of electricity and technology
  • Minimum 1-year experience in sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • High-level of personal and professional responsibility
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
