The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) is the largest and most inclusive trade organization representing the beauty industry. PBA exists to elevate, unify and serve the beauty industry and the professionals that improve people’s lives. Representing nearly 2,000 beauty-centric businesses, and more than 25,000 individuals, PBA members include manufacturers, distributors, salons, spas, schools, individual practitioners, students, media and industry suppliers.
PBA advances the professional beauty industry by providing our members with access to education and training to advance their careers and businesses. We are connected to key industry and government influencers to protect our members’ professional rights. PBA also produces industry leading events such as Cosmoprof North America (CPNA) and the International Salon and Spa Expo (ISSE).

PBA is seeking an experienced, detail oriented Trade Show Manager. This person will work directly with exhibitors, sponsors, vendors and internal association team members to produce PBA trade shows and events from concept through completion.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, working out of the Scottsdale, AZ office. However, there may be occasional Saturdays and/or additional time required based on workload and project needs. Travel to PBA’s 2-3 trades shows per year, for up to a week at a time is required. Other travel is limited to occasional overnight or day trips for site visits.
Note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
