Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator – 1 year contract position

February 9, 2018



  • Previous Administrative Assistant experience required
  • Extremely strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills required
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel as well as Google Documents and Gmail, Calendar
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with good decision making ability
  • Team Player with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Minute taking experience a definite asset
  • Experience working with online social medial tools (i.e. blogs, facebook, twitter, snapchat, etc) and administration of a website would be considered a tremendous asset but not necessary.



The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Sales, Conference and Marketing departments in all activities to ensure the efficient operation of the offices. Administrative duties include scheduling of meetings, all file management, creating purchase orders for all sales and marketing purchases, and booking all offsite events. In Marketing specifically, this candidate will manage all displays within the building, assist with eblast database management, reporting and organizing tasks in the project management system and all other general admin tasks. In Sales and Conference specifically administrative duties include filing and organizing conference and event files, preparing the CAR report and maintaining the banquet event order binder as well as providing general admin task as required.
