We have an opportunity for an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Operations and Registration teams in the planning of conferences in the Conference Division of MCI Toronto.

Administrative Assistant – Conferences (5 Month Contract)


Duties will include:

  • Research and data entry
  • Document proof reading and editing
  • Reviewing and updating content for event sites
  • Track and manage event supplies inventory
  • Formatting documents and creating templates
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and user manuals
  • Assisting with Registration Process activities i.e. database input, report generation, documentation
  • Other general office administrative tasks


Skills & Experience required:

  • Degree or Diploma in Administration
  • Quick learner and ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
  • Great customer service orientation and a positive attitude
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong computer skills: proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an asset
