The Rockford Construction Property Management Team needs to fill an immediate opening for the Meeting & Event Coordinator position. The Property Management Team at Rockford operates several properties throughout West Michigan in excellent/thriving locations. This highly-motivated, high-energy and personable individual will seek new partnerships and connections while providing consistent, outstanding hospitality and coordination to support Property Management.

You must have

  • A high energy, outgoing personality
  • Three or more years of event management
  • The ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • The ability to build and foster professional relationships within the West Michigan community
  • Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to event management
  • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A working knowledge of MS Office, including strong skills in Word, and Outlook

Bonus points for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Experience with lease contracts/administration
  • Experience utilizing event management software
  • Sales and marketing experience
