Department: Event Services

Reports to: Senior Manager, Fan and Employee Experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Greeting and admitting guests upon presentation of valid tickets/identification/passes
  • Monitoring seating areas and crowd control
  • Directing and assisting our guests with any service-related issues
  • Other duties may be assigned as required

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in the Customer Service industry
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:15pm
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Fluent in the English language, both oral and written; fluency in a second language would be an asset
  • Experience in working with the general public in a service-oriented role
  • Ability to learn and manage various programs including emergency response system, crowd control, lost children, alcohol program, etc.
  • Be a team player who rises to a challenge and strives for continuous service excellence
  • Successful completion of customer service training (e.g., Super Host, Hospitality training) and/or training in assisting the special needs public would be an asset
  • First Aid certificate is an asset
  • If you are a Non-Canadian resident, you must hold a valid work permit that expires no earlier than January 2020
