Job Description

Our story began in 2012 with an unwavering commitment to sourcing and roasting quality coffee. Since then, our partnerships with farmers, producers, baristas, roasters, businesses, and customers have helped us grow and nurture a shared coffee culture and experience.

We are looking for a highly organized full-time Marketing and Events Project Manager to join our team.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Project manage all design for retail & wholesale including managing a budget, stakeholders and timing

In conjunction with HOD manage promotions, signage, partnerships and collateral

Project manage space rentals and coffee cart events, including documentation and negotiation

Project manage all design requirements

Project manage community projects

Project manage ecommerce and digital marketing promotions

Project manage new marketing projects

Project manage all events and conferences

General office duties: answering the phone, assisting as needed

 

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a similar role for a lifestyle brand or food product

Exceptional project management skills, written and verbal communication

Experience with the following software and platforms is preferred: Mailchimp, Square Digital Marketing, Klaviyo, Shopify

Graphic design, photography and Adobe suite skills preferred
