Responsible for event management of the Harvard University Account, support management at Gillette Stadium events as defined and associated administrative duties.


  • Manage assigned events and ensure they are scheduled  appropriately to the approved staffing plan & budget
  • Ensure the proper enforcement of the following for allocated Boston Only Harvard employees: TeamOps attendance policy, appropriate allocation of sick/vacation time, approval of all time cards prior to processing payroll and ensure that all hours worked have the appropriate event allocation
  • Collaborate in recruitment, hiring, training, development  and scheduling of event day staff
  • Develop accurate deployment templates for assigned events based on the anticipated attendance and scope of the particular event
  • Develop and communicate clear, detailed staff “post order” directives for assigned events
  • Ensure that pre-event materials are accurately developed and delivered no later than 24 hours prior to the event
  • Monitor the completion of the Fan Code of Conduct course and appropriately communicate to the guest about their ability to return to Gillette Stadium Property
  • Maintain all records pertaining to assigned events
  • Liaison between TeamOps and business partners to fully understand the business needs and work collaboratively to drive results
  • Attend all operational meetings between TeamOps and client event representatives
  • Maintain business partner relations by assisting in event planning and ensuring TeamOps exceeds the highest level of service expected by our Partners
  • Responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable from specific events
  • Review and approve event staff payroll as defined by Senior Security Event Manager
  • Accurately complete and submit invoices within 72 hours of the event
  • Create and maintain weekly briefing summaries to senior management including recruitment, staff and client complaints, supervisor notes summary, staff welfare initiatives, work related injuries, and equipment status and escalate all issues including both employee and operational issues on a timely basis
  • Submit recommendations for improving operations to senior management
  • Develop and maintain a uniform inventory tracking process
  • Lead point of contact of security coverage for Patriots Cheerleader appearances
  • Assist with Super Bowl Trophy appearances, new hire orientations and recruitment events on an as needed basis
  • Act as the main point of contact with Evolve for maintenance and equipment testing
  • Maintenance and handling of the TeamOps radio fleet
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictate.



  • Supervises event staff


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in event operations
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Team oriented

  • Generally located in administrative office during business hours, and will maintain a floating schedule
  • Required to be on call 24/7 and will require night, weekend, and holiday work
