Job Description:

 

Responsible for event and program management, overseeing various programs at the enterprise and LOB level throughout our company's franchise. The Enterprise Center of Excellence team is primarily responsible for producing and directing those events which leaders, employees, clients and influencers attend, as well as creating processes for events company wide.

This role will have responsibility to partner with team across the company including legal, risk, A/V, vendor management, marketing, LOB to create a working team for each program, helping to create strategic designs for these live experiences, that furthers the company strategy.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with MS Office
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of event planning expertise
  • Project management experience
  • Communications experience preferred
  • Budget management experience
  • Experience operating effectively across matrixed environment
