BaAM Productions is looking for you!  We are a Toronto-based creative production company specializing in developing high-profile, large-scale, live events in the sports, entertainment and tourism worlds.


You are a highly organized scenic technician with construction and carpentry knowledge and administration experience who likes to get things done! You’re familiar with the tools and equipment required to carry out your work according to established Health & Safety policies.  You have a passion for working behind the scenes to support project requirements, including scheduling, vendor research, estimating, and shop visits, as needed. You have strong communication and time-management skills and conduct your work in a professional manner.  You’re not afraid to take initiative and seek opportunities to lend your support to fellow colleagues and project teams, when needed.


Based at BaAM’s Oakville warehouse and reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for the preparation and refurbishment of event and exhibit elements, including carpentry, graphic application, painting, managing inventory, and truck loading … all to be seen at iconic events across the continent!  When assigned, you will work closely with Project and Production Managers to support various project requirements related to RFQs, quotes, schedules, budgets, etc. You’ll also be the face and voice of BaAM, communicating with many stakeholder groups including warehouse staff, project teams, clients, suppliers and vendor-partners.  This position is an opportunity to learn about BaAM and our processes from the ground up, with the possibility for advancement and growth within the company.


  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role and a post-secondary Diploma/Certificate in a related field.
  • Work experience in a warehouse and construction environment.
  • Work experience performing an administrative function in an office environment.
  • An excellent working knowledge of office software applications; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License would be an asset.
