You will join the Commercial Operations team, which helps Desjardins Group’s distribution networks activate their events. The team provides Desjardins Group’s various business units with the means to reach the general public while also maximizing business development. Using its customized experiential marketing approach, the team guides and collaborates with the networks, according to their needs and interests, with a view to offering a unique member and client experience.

As such, you will help the Group’s various networks activate their events for sponsorships, partnerships and promotion. In collaboration with your team members, you will develop and implement creative field marketing strategies using innovative tactical means.


Main responsibilities

  • Participate in developing and planning annual commercial operations activities.
  • Assist the account manager by helping to develop concepts.
  • Assume responsibility for requests from the distribution networks for local and regional marketing strategies in alignment with the various contributors.
  • Propose solutions in response to client needs and provide expert advice according to the project.
  • Propose, develop and implement field marketing strategies.
  • Communicate needs to technicians and oversee the implementation of strategies.
  • Produce a detailed production sheet and convey the information to the various stakeholders.
  • Assist the account manager by developing and taking part in postmortems regarding their activations.

  • Schedule: Be available as needed during events (10%)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
