Senior Events Coordinator (Analyst), Partner Marketing Events


The Sr. Events Coordinator, Partner Events will assist with planning, development and execution of events in support of salesforce's growth objectives and strategic initiatives.


You will work closely with the existing Partner Events team as well as other internal teams and outside vendors.  The position is responsible to assist with aspects of Partner Marketing Events to include meeting facilitation, registration, coordination with outside vendors and analysis and reporting on program initiatives.


We are looking for an enthusiastic rock star event professional who is excited by the challenge of helping the team deliver large scale innovative programs.



  • Assist with the execution of a wide scope of global Partner events to help the team meet their goals

  • Understand salesforce's brand and product positioning with the ability to help ensure consistent, on-brand messaging

  • Assist with multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative extremely fast paced environment

  • Work with cross-functional internal teams; creative services, interactive, marketing ops, which support direct efforts and collaborate closely to develop and successfully execute programs

  • Research and report creative event options, off-site venues, and entertainment based on program format and budget

  • Provide onsite event support, registration management and other duties assigned by director of group as necessary

  • Contribute towards creative problem solving



  • 3+ years successful events experience assisted with the execution of corporate events (conferences, executive programs and trade shows), preferably in a B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment.

  • Results-oriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail

  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline oriented environment

  • Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to proactively address client's needs

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
