  • Event Organisation: Independent management of all event logistics (catering, audio-visual, furniture, branding, personnel and hotels) and onsite suppliers, with budget planning, price negotiation and reviewing contracts.
  • International Trade: Travelled extensively to cities in Europe to source suppliers and future customers, plus ran site visits in host locations.
  • Event Promotion: Wrote all communication material, and compiled and edited the delegate directory (90+ pages).
