Reported to Director of Marketing, collaborated with a team of five (5) brand managers on industry conferences/tradeshows, product launch events, promotional campaigns and related projects.
Liaised with Sales Team as a key conduit of marketing information and support. Divisional budget of $40M (with $4M for marketing department).
-Developed high impact sponsorship implementations at six (6) annual national conferences - including booth layout, promotional items and collateral, and support sales team for up to 40annual regional shows to build brand awareness, product knowledge and generate leads. Budget of $380K.
-Materialized marketing goals in the form of promotional items, working with brand managers, procurement and agencies to research, select and negotiate price, terms and quantities of branded giveaways. Budget of $40K.
-Organized seven (7) events across Canada in 2015 to promote launch of new companion animal antibiotic therapy. Managed agency and speaker contracts ensuring logistics were seamlessly executed. 130+ veterinarians attended; meetings were instrumental in achieving the launch goal of driving product update into 35% of accounts. Budget of $25K.
-Assembled series of 14 national ‘Tick Talk’ dinner meetings in 2016; including coordinating invitation design, speaker contracts & travel itineraries. Meetings had total of 700+ veterinarians & healthcare staff attendees and were key in achieving 5% growth of Bayer’s flea and tick control products in the face of two (2) competitive launches. Budget of $120K.
-Coordinated five (5) dinner meetings in 2016 to support the launch of a new bovine DNA immunostimulant. Collaborated with brand manager and agency to invite attendees and design and manage meeting logistics. Qualified list of 200+ bovine/large animal veterinarians resulted in 150 attendees; drove product awareness and trial use by 25% of feedlot accounts. Budget of $30K.
-Created Meeting & Event Planning kit with templates for budgets, timelines, meeting materials and pre-/post checklists that set up Foundation staff and Sales Team for successful events.
-Nominated by colleagues for and won L.I.F.E. Award for Efficiency at 2017 Animal Health National Business Meeting.
Managers and Coordinators to determine requirements for two (2) signature events including objectives, resources, program materials and timelines. Budgets ranged from $40K - $60K.
-Met short timeline requirements (less than three months) in delivering Collaboration for Youth symposium in Arlington, VA, and Collaboration for Impact/Scholars Partners meetings in New York City, NY with 60+ global partners in attendance at each event.
-Developed, managed and reconciled budgets, allocated, tracked and managed resources, managed meeting collateral design and production and created and compiled post-event surveys for each event.
-Working with trusted site selection partner, sourced and negotiated with venues for food and beverage, audio-visual, accommodations and meeting space for each event.
Reported to account leads/partners and managed 80+ domestic and international pharmaceutical meetings, comprised of advisory boards, investigator meetings and symposia. Budgets ranged from $5K - $250K.
